This document governs the use of i.t.b.e.e.b. cold-chain logistics solutions, including hardware, software, and data services. By accessing or using our systems, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of Services

i.t.b.e.e.b. provides thermal asset tracking devices, fleet distribution orchestration software, and cold-chain compliance documentation tools. Services are delivered as described in the applicable service order and are subject to Transport Canada food transport logistics standards. No service guarantees specific temperature outcomes or regulatory approval.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must maintain accurate shipment records, ensure devices are installed per specifications, and provide access to vehicles for maintenance. Clients are responsible for verifying that their fleet operations comply with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR). Failure to meet these obligations may result in service suspension.

Limitation of Liability

i.t.b.e.e.b. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device malfunction, data transmission delays, or regulatory non-compliance by the client. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. i.t.b.e.e.b. may suspend services immediately if the client violates data security protocols, fails to pay invoices within 60 days, or operates equipment in a manner that endangers personnel or cargo. Upon termination, the client must return all hardware within 14 days.

Modification of Terms

i.t.b.e.e.b. reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
